The location was perfect for a day at the beach or visiting the Fishing Pier. The staff was super friendly, and we appreciated the cozy room for winding down after adventures. There's cable programming for entertainment, too!

One downside-Wi-Fi was spotty, hard to stay connected .

The location was marvellous and ideal, for example, Waterway Park was within walking distance of the hotel. We found it in a quiet area just next door to parks, and Sarasota.

Well, it was an ENJOYABLE stay on a long road trip. The room was neat and equipped with a fridge, soap or towels, the air blowing as described. Everywhere there was clean. Also, location was unbeatable, relatively close to Centennial Park.

I had a surprisingly great experience during my recent stay! The room was wonderfully clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. One downside was that there was no refrigerator or microwave, but overall it was a delightful stay, and I would definitely come back again.

Had a laundry, we saw Geckos, price was very good, night clerk was great, location convenient, gardens were lovely. Didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting.

Room and bedding smelled like cigarette smoke.

Room was surprisinglyvery comfy and tidy for the price. The lack of a fridge in the room was disappointing, as it would have was good. It was a decent experience.

We arrived very late and left early, we booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled obviously like smoke and there were ash-trays everywhere. The shower water was cold! No hot water. But of course the price was good.

The price was good, we aren't fussy people and prefer to save money.

The room had a stale odour, tobacco and mildew, but the staff sprayed with a deodorizer which helped.

The check-in process was smooth, thanks to an amazing female staff member who handled everything efficiently. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, quite surprising. Nearby beaches are easily accessible.

There were cars and motorcycle coming and going and it sounded like an elephant was above us it was so bad we left at 11:00 pm and drove home.

It was close to were we where working.

It looked dated and the billing was very slow.

The room was clean and cozy, really impressed me. Staff were friendly, always willing to help. The location is great, just a short drive to beautiful beaches. A heated pool was available, a nice way to relax after a day out. I faced a couple of issues. The noise from the room next door was distracting. I had to deal with uncomfortable interactions with other guests who were quite loud. The lack of amenities like a microwave in the room was a bit inconvenient.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated their efforts to make our stay very comfortable. The pool was very nice

The rooms could use an update, but they were sufficient as we spent most of our time at the Mineral Springs or at the beach, but for the purposes of sleeping and showering, they were more than fine.
